Gina Neale

Clinical Supervisor

Gina has worked in private practice for twenty years. I have also worked in various organisations, including a GP surgery, a Sixth Form College, a number of Employee Assistance Programmes, and a Project for Young Carers.

Personal Statement

As a supervisor, I aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment in which you can gain deeper insights and understandings to improve your clinical practice.

Supervision is a relationship which can offer support and allow you to share relevant aspects of yourself and your work. It's a place for you to reflect on any difficulties you may experience and also to celebrate your successes. We will work together collaboratively within clear boundaries to ensure ethical practice while also normalising your experiences and providing encouragement.

I take a relational approach and am mindful of the importance of cultural context, privilege and power dynamics in our work. All aspects of your work are welcome.
