Individual Counselling
Individual counselling can help people experience life to its fullest. Counselling and psychotherapy are dependent on your individual needs and what brings you to therapy. Therapy may include looking at your past to discover how these impacts and any potential links to your current life and relationships.
Relationship Counselling
Relationship counselling can help you to explore better ways of relating to each other, helping to interrupt the blame cycle, which can leave us feeling misunderstood, unappreciated, hurt, angry, a failure and wanting someone to agree with us that the other person is in the wrong.
Supervision
Supervision is built into the therapeutic culture, however can also be beneficial and supportive for those in any managerial position. Supervision aids clarity and understanding. Ensuring ethical working, effective communication with clients, colleagues and employees.
