Diane is an experienced psychotherapeutic counsellor and a member of both the UKCP and BACP. She also brings her experience from an academic background in Psychology and from working in education for many years.

Personal Statement

I work with people facing a wide variety of difficulties. Whether you are struggling with low mood and anxiety, self-esteem, relationships, feeling 'stuck', or simply wanting to find a way to live life on your own terms, I offer a safe space for you to explore your difficulties in depth and work towards lasting change.

I will listen attentively and work collaboratively with you to help you reach a better understanding of yourself and what may be getting in the way of you making changes. Together, we'll explore how past and present experiences may be impacting your life, so that you can begin to free yourself from your anxieties and old patterns of relating, build your self-confidence, and have more fulfilling relationships.
