About Me

The process of confronting our limitations may be tough, but the rewards in freeing ourselves from them are great. I want you to feel empowered by your therapeutic journey. A better you is yours for the taking, when you feel most ready.

I am trained in integrative psychotherapeutic practice, meaning that whilst mindfully listening to you and caring for you, I will be drawing from a variety of psychological concepts and theories to help you make more sense of what is troubling you and why.Drawing on these, I aim to offer you an individualistic approach to your therapy; one that

most suits your most present needs in the emerging moments of talking and working together.

I offer short term – results-orientated therapy, as well as medium to longer term – deeper

change therapy. Support with:

Anxiety, life changes or crises, bereavement, negative obsessive thoughts, insecurity, low self esteem, something not ‘right, lack of purpose or fulfilment, relationship difficulties, depression, addiction, abandonment, neglect, abuse, trauma, PTSD.
