About Me

 I am an Integratively trained and accredited counsellor which enables me to use a variety of approaches that can be tailored to your needs.

I have a number of years of experience working directly and indirectly as a therapist mainly with adults and I am happy to support with deeper issues that may require support over a longer period as well as offering immediate short term interventions.

​

I also have experience working as a supervisor to both trainee and qualified counsellors and have completed a BACP Accredited Supervision Course.

​

I am also a qualified Adult Education Teacher who has taught on Counselling Courses at a local college.
